MISSION STATEMENT

IT Support: In addition to providing HR services and support to the campus, information technology support is provided to the following offices: Vice President for Finance and Operations, Associate and Assistant Vice Presidents for Finance and Operations, Office of Human Resources, Payroll Office, Student Account Services, Purchasing Office, Accounting Services, President’s Office, Affirmative Action Office, Internal Auditor Office,Office of University Relations, and Budget Office. The support consists of 135 clients with associated computer systems and peripheral devices (printers, external storage devices, etc.) Services include: setup, configure, troubleshoot and repair all of covered systems; order all technology equipment; maintain, support and train users on three document imaging systems: as well as maintain and administer three high-end computer servers. This is done through set-up and maintenance of all client accounts, monitoring system resources, performance and backup logs.
